PRODUCING CITIES SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Producing Cities Program started in 2021, prepared based on subparagraph (s) of the first paragraph of Article 385 and subparagraph (e) of the first paragraph of Article 394 of Presidential Decree No. 1 regarding the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

This Program covers the provinces of Adana, Antalya, Balıkesir, Denizli, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Konya, Manisa, Mersin, Sakarya, and Tekirdağ.

The Program will be supported by grant and/or financing support management. However, for non-profit applicants, the co-financing amount is expected to be at least 20% or more, and for for-profit applicants, at least 50% and/or in the form of financing support.

The objective of the program is; to strengthen the integration of businesses into global production systems, to increase the international accessibility and urban quality of life of cities, and to develop industrial, technological, and innovation infrastructures, as well as human capital and institutional capacities, for the balanced development of industry across the country and for growth centers to achieve a globally competitive production structure.

In this context, it is expected that the "ANNEX-2 Project Ideas" document will be filled out and sent to pyb@mevka.org.tr within the framework of the priority areas and sample project topics in Annex-1.

If the project idea is found suitable by the Ministry, the attached "ANNEX-3 Project Evaluation Report" will be requested to be filled out and submitted to the Agency with its annexes.
