Program General Objective

To create a more effective, efficient, flexible, and sustainable production environment that facilitates investment and employment by addressing business processes, technology use, and organizational structure within the framework of **corporate** and **twin transformation** in the manufacturing industry in the TR 52 region.

Eligible Applicants

**Manufacturing** businesses/cooperatives in the TR52 Region, and chambers and associations operating in relation to these institutions/organizations.

Priorities

**Priority 1:**

Within the scope of consulting activities aimed at contributing to **corporate transformation** in the manufacturing industry;

       
•        

  Suitable applications for **corporate management consultancy, permit, quality, and certification** documents will be evaluated, facilitating their acquisition by initiating application processes, preparing **full feasibilities** for investment, and providing **export coaching** activities for manufacturing companies that have not previously exported.

         
   

**Priority 2:**

Within the scope of consulting activities aimed at contributing to **twin transformation** in the manufacturing industry;

  Suitable applications for **Digitalization, Energy Audit, Green Transformation (Clean Production, Energy Efficiency, Carbon Footprint)** and **Lean Production** consultancy activities through research/reporting/feasibility studies will be evaluated.
