TÜBİTAK, through its 1512 Techno-entrepreneurship Capital Support (BİGG) Program, provides university students and graduates with the opportunity for financial investment up to 450,000 TL in exchange for 3% company shares via the TÜBİTAK Venture Capital Investment Fund, enabling them to transform their technology and innovation-oriented business ideas into ventures with high added value and qualified employment potential.

Information about the program can be accessed at http://bigg.tubitak.gov.tr. Applications for the BİGG Program are received by BİGG Program Implementing Organizations, which are spread throughout the country and each authorized by TÜBİTAK to receive BİGG Program applications.

The BİGG-ENTREPRENEUR RAMP CONSORTIUM, led by InnoPark and with members Konya Teknokent, Niğde Teknopark, Mersin Agropark, Afyon-Uşak Zafer Teknopark, and AKÜ-TTO, is one of the 37 BİGG Implementing Organization Consortiums authorized by TÜBİTAK to receive BİGG Program applications and provide Phase 1 services. ENTREPRENEUR RAMP receives applications on behalf of TÜBİTAK from university students and graduates (including academicians and those currently employed) or their teams who wish to apply for 1512 BİGG calls, and provides free training, consultancy, mentorship, market validation, preliminary prototype creation, patent application, business plan preparation support, etc., to applicant candidates/teams to enable them to receive investment from the BİGG program.
