In the units of the East Black Sea Project Regional Development Administration, a total of 7 (seven)  contracted  personnel,  consisting of 2 (two)  Engineers  and  5  (five) Support  Personnel,  will be recruited based on KPSS (B) group score ranking without written and/or oral exams, in accordance with subparagraph (b) of Annex Article 2 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/15754 dated 06.06.1978, pursuant to subparagraph (B) of Article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
