In the units of the East Anatolia Project Regional Development Administration, a total of 4 (four) contracted personnel, consisting of 2 (two) Office Personnel and 2 (two) Technicians, will be recruited based on KPSS (B) group score ranking without written and oral exams, in accordance with subparagraph (b) of Annex Article 2 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect by the Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/15754 dated 06/06/1978, pursuant to subparagraph (B) of Article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
