2025 MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION

TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

ANNOUNCEMENT

The 2025 Manufacturing Industry Transformation Technical Support Program has been announced based on the Mevlana Development Agency TR52 Region 2014-20283 draft Regional Plan, 2024-2026 Results-Oriented Program, and 2025 Work Program, and the Board of Directors' Decision dated February 20, 2025, with number 2025/1.

Program General Objective: To create a more effective, efficient, flexible, and sustainable production environment that facilitates investment and employment by addressing business processes, technology use, and organizational structure within the framework of corporate and twin transformation in the manufacturing industry in the TR52 region.

Priority 1: Consulting activities aimed at contributing to **corporate transformation** in the manufacturing industry.

  Suitable applications for **corporate management consultancy**, facilitating the acquisition of **permit, quality, and certification** documents by initiating their application processes, preparing **pre/full feasibilities** for investment, strengthening **R&D capacity**, providing **prototyping, testing, measurement, and instrumentation services**, and **export coaching** activities for manufacturing companies that have not previously exported will be evaluated.

Priority 2: Consulting activities aimed at contributing to **twin transformation** in the manufacturing industry.

  Suitable applications for **Digitalization, Energy Audit, and Lean Production** consultancy activities through research/reporting/feasibility studies will be evaluated.

Program Budget: 10,000,000 TL
